- Starting point
Saving keeps your money safe. Investing helps it grow. Investing has risks, but you can manage them by learning first and starting simple. You don't need to start big. You just need to start.
- Inflation eats cash. Inflation is how fast prices go up. If prices rise 4% a year but your bank pays 0.10%, your money buys less every year. (Philippine inflation swung from under 2% in 2025 to over 6% in parts of 2026.)
- Compound growth. Your earnings start earning too. Invest ₱5,000 a month at 6% a year and you'd have about ₱2,300,000 after 20 years, nearly double the ₱1,200,000 you put in.
- Multiple income streams. Investing builds a backup plan beyond your salary or business.
